This Sunday September 29 is a GO for µField Day! Same location, at the Ventura County Fire Department’s training ground at Camarillo Airport. This is at the east end of Durley avenue, and I’ll have some signs there. Or set your nav to 34.2084, -119.0722. 11:00 am to 3:00 pm as always, and we’ll have water and some shade on hand; bring your own lunch, radio, etc.
If you’ve never been to µField Day, it’s just a relaxing hang-out with a bunch of hams, some of whom just happen to have radios set up. It’s a perfect time for newer hams to harvest ideas and try out equipment, or just to make sure that your ARRL Field Day rig survived.
